We are happy to replace, exchange or provide a refund if you are not satisfied with the product in the first 30 days. As LivRelief is a natural wellness product, we won't be able to offer a return, refund or exchange if it has been more than 30 days since your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, exchange or refund your item must be in the original packaging and have a receipt as proof of purchase. If you have purchased the product from a retailer, please take the product back to the retailer for refund or replacement. If for any reason the retailer is not able to provide an exchange or refund, please reach out to our customer care team at customercare@delivrahealth.com.

For all online orders from our website, please contact customercare@delivrahealth.com to initiate your replacement, exchange or refund.

Please note we will not be able to do refunds for gift cards.
