As a first time Pain or Nerve customer, if for any reason you are not satisfied, we will refund your purchase price or exchange your product. Just send us the box, with proof of purchase, within 30 days of the date of purchase for a refund or an exchange. It's that simple.

Our Return Process

Once we’ve received your return documents, your refund or new item will be processed within 30 days. Returns with no proof of purchase will be refused, as will successive returns from the same person or household.

Exchanges

Delivra, Inc. will only replace products if they arrive to the customer defective or damaged.  To be eligible for an exchange, your products must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging.
